Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order we may not be able to cancel it due to our fully automated order processing. The first step is to contact us with your name, email and order number. 

So long as the order has not been picked at the warehouse, shipped and the item/s on the order are not special order goods then we may be able to cancel the order.

After shipping, the item will require to be returned as instructed. The reason that instruction is required is that we ship from multiple locations and any goods must be returned to the correct address to be inspected and accepted for return. Unless the item is proven faulty, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to make any return as fast and easy for our customers as possible, please do not return items without first receiving instructions as this can cause a delay in dealing with your request and processing any refund.

Please note that special custom factory order spare parts are often non-cancellable as they may be sent directly from the manufacturer. You will need to return the item if no longer needed and we will refund once it is recieved back in a saleable condition.
