Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order we may not be able to cancel it due to our fully automated order processing. The first step is to contact us with your name, email and order number. 

So long as the order has not been picked at the warehouse, shipped and the item/s on the order are not special order goods then we may be able to cancel the order.

After shipping the item will require to be returned as instructed. The reason that instruction is required is that we ship from multiple locations and any goods must be returned to the correct address to be inspected and accepted for return.

In order to make any return as fast and easy for our customers as possible, please do not return items without first receiving instructions as this can cause a delay in dealing with your request and processing any refund.

Please note that special custom factory order spare parts are often non-cancellable and cannot be returned. Whilst on order from a factory we will often, but not always be able to cancel an active order, however, after delivery from the factory we cannot in all cases.
